"I was with State Farm for the last 2+ decades. We have enjoyed the company for both our home and auto. When we purchased our new home in February 2025 we were dropped because the roof needed replaced. We agreed and had every intention of replacing it in the spring when roofing companies would be willing to go on the roof. Didn't matter. What also didn't matter was our history with the company. It was a very unpleasant experience. But you know who tried their best to get us coverage? Laura from Tracy's office. She reapproached the underwriters asking for reconsideration or exclusions in coverage vs outright being abandoned. Unfortunately an acception could not be made. Then when we made the necessary fixes it was Laura once again who took our call and worked to get us a new quote without trying to pull the wall over our eyes or over charge. Laura you are very good at your job and at humanizing the customer. Thank you for what you do. 1 Star for State Farm 5 Stars for Laura"
